As an incumbent in one of the few toss up districts in the country, this spells bad news for Mike Garcia to be in a virtual tie with me.

It's no surprise voters are already fed up with Mike's far-right agenda. Voters know that he's not the moderate he claims to be.
Not when he votes in favor of discrimination by voting against the Equality Act that protects LGBTQ+ individuals from harassment and discrimination in education, employment, and housing.
Not when he co-sponsors the Life at Conception Act – one of the most far-right pieces of legislation that would ban most forms of contraception and abortion entirely.
And certainly not when he stands with Trump, insurrectionists, and Big Lie proponents over the will of the people by voting against certification of the 2020 election.
