John, I wanted to quickly follow up on this morning's message about the differences between me and my opponent.

At the end of the day, this is about who will stand for our values – because standing for our values gets results.

Corporate PACs and their power over lawmakers are the reason we've seen movement in Congress slow to a crawl on environmental legislation, child tax credits, voting rights, and more. Anyone who claims to be a “progressive” yet accepts money from groups like BP, Exelon, or Pfizer is complicit in enabling corporate greed. And when corporate greed is further enabled, it becomes even harder to pass our priorities.

If you want a fighter in Congress who will not rest until we make childcare more affordable, build a green economy, and expand access to healthcare, then I need your support in this race. Please chip in before Saturday's end-of-month deadline!

John,

In exactly two months, the voters of IL-06 will have a clear choice to make:

Marie refuses to take corporate PAC donations, she's a proud supporter of universal healthcare and climate justice, and she fights every day for working families. Her opponent has taken nearly $1 million from corporations since 2019, said that "a little bit of inflation is a good thing," and refuses to support Medicare for All and the Green New Deal.

Polls have our race tied, and we need to make sure voters know the difference between Marie and her opponent. Will you rush $10 or more before our end-of-month deadline on Saturday so we can continue to get our message out?

Voters can choose a candidate who's backed by corporate interests and has never led on fighting for progressive priorities – or they can choose a proven champion for economic, environmental, and healthcare justice.

When it comes to which candidate will best represent Chicagoans with the boldness required to meet the historic challenges we face today, there's no contest. But Sean Casten and his backers have outraised and outspent us in an effort to muddy the waters.

It's absolutely critical that we meet every goal between now and our primary election, so that we can fight back and keep mobilizing voters at the grassroots level. But with only two days left until our end-of-month deadline, we're $5,819 short.

We can't close the gap without you, and we need at least 25 contributions in the next 24 hours to stay on pace. Please rush $10 or more right now →
