The Hochulmander has been defeated!
I can't stress enough what a huge victory this is, not just for our New York Republican Party, but for the 20 million citizens of our state whose constitutional rights have been protected.
The law was on our side, but we were up against the powerful Democrat machine and partisan-appointed Democrat judges. A lot of people said we had no shot, but this proves that we can take on tough fights and WIN.
We are just getting started. This should serve as a huge warning to Democrats of what's to come this November. I need your help to keep our momentum going strong.
