Let’s call it like it is. Democrats came within a handful of votes of passing the Build Back Better Act last year, which included historic climate proposals, but with midterm elections looming, we’re in danger of losing our majorities.
Republicans can’t even agree whether climate change is real, let alone muster courage to fight it. If they control the U.S. Senate, climate solutions are dead on arrival.
And after Mitch McConnell’s recent $141,000,000 investment to take back the majority, Democrats across the country need to respond in kind.
