We’re reaching out to you personally to give you an update on where things stand just under six months before midterm elections that will decide control of the Senate. We need to keep our top supporters like you in the loop because we’ll need to rely on our grassroots team to have our back in the coming months. So, here’s what’s happening:

• The governor’s race is a toss-up, and we have the chance to make history by electing Stacey Abrams, who would become the nation’s first Black woman governor.
• The race to hold Reverend Warnock’s seat is also a tossup, and top election experts are saying that Senate control will come down to this seat.
• And yet, despite us telling our supporters just how important both of these races will be, we are still not on track to meet our end of month fundraising goal. (Can you help us get there?)

John, we know you know how important it is that we elect Stacey Abrams. We know you know Rev. Warnock’s seat is the key to controlling the Senate. And we know you know that the race for Rev. Warnock’s seat is the most competitive in the country, which is why Republicans are pouring millions of dollars into the state.

Yet still, despite the importance of Georgia, despite Republicans doing everything they can to win here, we are STILL $15,786 behind our end of month goal. If we miss this, we won’t have the resources to reach all the voters we need, which will likely mean that Georgia will flip red.
