Dear John,
Will you help us save Africa’s endangered pangolin populations?
Pangolins, the world’s most trafficked wild mammals, are under huge pressure.
These charismatic creatures are hunted and killed for their scales, which are used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), both legally and illegally.
The Chinese Government’s expansion of TCM in Africa threatens to drive species such as the pangolin to extinction.
A cautionary tale
With your support, we have carried out an undercover investigation into ‘Ms M’, an ‘entrepreneur’ who moved to Uganda to trade in wildlife products, including pangolin scales.
Although she claimed to be a pangolin conservationist, ‘Ms M’ has been involved in trading pangolin scales of legally questionable origin for use in traditional Chinese medicine.

By making a donation today, you can help us continue our undercover investigations and campaign for a complete ban on all commercial trade in pangolins.
Can you make a gift to help us protect pangolins and other endangered wildlife?
