Last week, Haley participated in the first debate of the election year. If you watched, you would have noticed that Haley was the only woman onstage, but also the only candidate with the experience of winning a historically red district.

The truth is, her male opponents are scared because they’ve seen what Haley is capable of. In 2018, she defied all odds and became the first woman to represent MI-11 in Congress.

And ever since, she’s been an outspoken advocate for eliminating the wage gap (78 cents to the dollar in Michigan), a founding member of the Women in STEM caucus, and a champion for protecting reproductive rights.

Representation matters and we’re all better served when our leaders reflect the diversity of our nation. That’s why we need more Congresswomen – like Haley – to remain in office.
