Friend,

We hope all is well. In case you missed it, we wanted to pass along the invite for North Carolina AG Josh Stein's DC Breakfast reception, which will be at 8:30am on December 9 (600 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001). Today is the deadline to add your name to the host committee for the formal event invitation (though of course all co-hosts will be recognized at the reception).

State Attorneys General are leading the fight against the Trump administration's overreach. As AG, Josh has taken legal action to preserve the Affordable Care Act, fight climate change, block the discriminatory travel ban, challenge the DHS policy of family separation, and defend the right of women to make their own birth control decisions.

The 2020 campaign for North Carolina AG will likely be the most expensive race for AG in our country's history. The Republican Attorneys General Association spent $7 million in 2017 trying to defeat the Virginia AG and will spend even more against more against Josh in 2020. In a state and election that Trump won by nearly 4 points, Josh has proven he can win even in a tough political climate. But given the millions that special interests will spend trying to buy this race, Josh needs your support.

Thank you,

Team Stein
