Let’s just be honest, John. Abortion restrictions have always been about controlling OUR bodies.

It’s appalling that even in 2022 we still have to fight for basic autonomy over our health care choices. But with Donald Trump’s 6-3 Supreme Court majority poised to overturn Roe v. Wade this summer, Republicans have renewed their assault on reproductive freedom with a vengeance.

Governor Walz and I have been 100% clear: No abortion ban will ever become law under our watch. But if any of our GOP opponents win in November, they will sign a Texas- or Mississippi- or Oklahoma-style abortion ban the moment it hits their desk.

The right for Minnesotans to make their own health care decisions is on the ballot this November. Governor Walz and I are fighting with everything we have to hold the line, but we can’t build the campaign we need to win without your support.


That’s why I’m reaching out. Our April fundraising deadline is this Saturday, and we’re still more than $19,000 short of our budget target. According to our fundraising team, you’ve yet to donate to our campaign yet this year, so I wanted to ask directly:
