Hey there, John — I know you’ve been getting a lot of emails lately asking for support, so I just wanted to explain why supporting Josh Shapiro’s campaign for Governor is one of the best investments you can make this year.

1. Josh has always put Pennsylvanians first. He’s taken on the big fights on their behalf and stopped the powerful and well-connected from screwing them over.

As the People’s Attorney General, he’s stood up for everyday consumers, seniors who’ve been scammed, and students preyed upon by private lenders by obtaining over $328 million in relief to Pennsylvanians who have been ripped off.

2. The candidates in the Republican primary are pushing each other further right, and they’ve already spent millions to try to flip Pennsylvania red.
Between them all, Josh’s GOP opponents attended the insurrection, supported the Big Lie, and hired Trump’s operatives like Kellyanne Conway and Steve Bannon. They’ve already spent over $10 million in ads and that number will just keep growing.

3. There’s a lot on the line in this election, and the winner of the race will have a big impact on Pennsylvanians’ future.
From abortion access to voting rights and from defending democracy to helping Pennsylvanians get ahead, the Governor will be in office for the next four years and will have a lot of power to help — or hurt — Pennsylvania.

4. We have a big goal to hit by the end of the month.
This is our last online fundraising deadline before the primary, which means we need to go all in and show the strength of this team. Having an outpouring of support in the next few days will go a long way to helping this team take on our Republican opponent in the general election.
