This weekend, I took a coach trip from Norwich to Bristol West to make sure Carla Denyer gets elected as our 2nd Green MP.

It was a long coach journey, but with a couple of weeks left until the election, what could be a more valuable use of my time for the Green Party?

On arrival in Bristol, I received a warm welcome. I was greeted by Kat, a friendly member of the team and offered a cuppa. Full training was provided to everyone, and you can choose between door knocking and leafleting.

I helped out in Bristol because in this Climate Emergency I want to see us elect more Green MPs, and I know that Bristol West is our best chance of making that happen.

Over the weekend, I saw for myself what an amazing impact our campaign is having. People are responding really well to our messages – particularly when they hear that we are the only Remain voice for Bristol West.

This really is our best opportunity to elect a 2nd Green MP. But there are thousands of voters still to reach.

Will you head to Bristol for the final weekends of the campaign to help us win?
