Three years ago today, we learned of the tragic shooting where a gunman - motivated by hate - opened fire on the Chabad of Poway synagogue, in my district. He senselessly killed Lori Gilbert-Kaye and wounded three others.

Every day, gun violence devastates communities across the country. It threatens Americans in places where we should all feel safe, like houses of worship, schools and movie theaters.

We know enough is enough. It’s time to combat the gun violence epidemic by enacting common sense gun safety reforms like universal background checks, red flag laws, ghost gun regulations and a ban on assault weapons.

I will always fight for gun safety legislation that will keep our communities safe. Join me in calling for gun safety reforms by adding your name today: [[link removed]]

I’m proud to have earned the distinction of becoming a 2022 Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate. Moms Demand Action is one of the nation’s largest grassroots advocacy groups fighting to end gun violence in America. They know I’m standing with them every step of the way.
