FIRST: our campaign built HUGE momentum in New York’s new 22nd Congressional District, with a surge of grassroots support.

THEN: our opponents filed a shameful, frivolous lawsuit against our campaign, with the same baseless claims of “election fraud” that we’ve heard from Donald Trump in recent years.

NOW: we’re setting a $15,000 end-of-month fundraising goal to help cover the legal costs it’s going to cover our fight against this undemocratic and desperate attempt to undercut our democracy.

This baseless lawsuit is a HUGE warning sign that the political machine is scared about what our people-powered movement can do.
