When I was elected to represent Minnesota's 3rd District, I knew that special interests wouldn't make things easy.

But I'll admit, I had no idea how committed the GOP and the NRCC would be to flipping this seat. They see it as a key pick-up in 2020 -- with the hope that our win last year was just a fluke.

This race is heating up fast, and in response, we've set our biggest end-of-month fundraising goal yet.

But as I write this, we're $12,000 short of our $15,000 goal. Can you chip in to help us reach it before November 30?

Every state that borders Minnesota -- Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota -- went for Trump in 2016. The president will stop at nothing to turn this state red in 2020, and Republican groups funded by dark money are already spending big to deliver it for him.

I'm not taking a dime from special interests, PACs, lobbyists, or even other members of Congress, and I never will. But it's getting harder and harder to keep up.
