Last week, on November 21, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib announced the introduction of a House Resolution condemning the human rights violations taking place in Jammu and Kashmir. 

This is a direct result of YOUR support and continued advocacy with members of Congress to condemn the abuses happening in Kashmir.

With your efforts, we were able to:

• Send nearly 4,000 emails to members of Congress urging them to take legislative action for Kashmir;
• Hold over 60 meetings with congressional offices in Washington, DC and in-district; 
• And urge Congress to hold TWO historic hearings on Jammu and Kashmir on October 22 and November 1.
