As the end of the month is fast approaching, I wanted to give you an update on how we’re doing. The recent news of Trump’s visit to Texas boosted our fundraising a bit, but sadly, we’re still pretty far behind our goal.
It’s critical that we pick up the pace. Can you help us raise $15,000 by the end of the month to reach our goal and help build a strong re-election campaign for Colin? We’re counting on grassroots supporters like you to help us get there. >>
The grassroots support we received in 2018 helped Colin get to Washington to fight for all North Texans. Looking ahead to 2020, this race is predicted to be just as competitive, so we need your help so that Colin can hold on to this seat.
As campaign season gets into full swing, it’s crucial that we adequately prepare for the fight ahead -- and these goals allow us to do just that! The job of finance director on a competitive campaign is never easy (believe me, I know), but I’m passionate about Colin’s vision and love for our community.
To ensure that we run the strongest campaign possible, we’ve got to meet these goals. Early fundraising like this allows us to put systems in place to fight off attack ads from special interest groups, implement a robust ground game, and set Colin up to succeed next November.
