As we are coming to the end of yet another busy month, it's more clear than ever that this grassroots team is the true backbone of our campaign. Together, we have built a movement that is by the people, for the people, and have made strides towards progressive change not just in our great state of Washington, but all across the country. And I could not be more proud.

It’s extremely encouraging to see all of the names of folks who have chipped in so far to our grassroots campaign. Every donor represents someone who believes our democracy and economy should be working for the people. Take a look:

I see people who have been long-time donors, and others who have contributed for the first time because they know our movement can win. Now that we’re in the home stretch of April, I'm hoping I can count on your support before the end-of-month deadline.

Our team had the chance to celebrate some important victories recently. I proudly voted for legislation that will support local businesses and restaurants — and the workers they employ. And the President signed a spending bill with provisions that I championed to allocate over $3.6 million to support tribes in our region that are working to move to higher ground due to persistent flooding caused by climate change. I also introduced the Improving Government for America’s Taxpayers Act which will help make our government more efficient and reduce costs for middle-class families.

Team, America’s best days are ahead, and this recent progress is proof of that. But conquering some of the biggest challenges together in the coming months won’t be easy, which is why I'm turning to you.
