As we watch our country on the brink of war, soaring gas prices, and rising inflation, let us be reminded— Elections have Consequences.

That is why it is of utmost importance that we protect the integrity of our elections and, when necessary, defend it. That is precisely what I did when I formed my defense fund, and thanks to supporters like you, the left's false narrative has been crushed!

Victory— against all odds—over my false accuser and those who backed her.

This is huge for me, and my family, and for the future of free and fair elections. For over four years, my supporters from across the nation, and especially here in Alabama, waited to see what the courts would do in this case. If left to the courts, it may have very well gone, much like my last two court trials for opposing same-sex marriage and displaying the Ten Commandments in the rotunda of the State judicial building—one of which I was removed from office over, and the other suspended for the rest of my term.

Instead, the verdict fell on an all-black jury in one of the most liberal counties in Alabama and they found I did not defame my accuser in stating that her claims were not true.

After nearly five years of pointless proceedings and court costs, the first of our lawsuits has come to a close, and we won.

We give glory to God for our success. And we are deeply grateful for your support throughout these years. Your gracious prayers and financial contributions have brought us this far, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I set out to do two things after the 2017 election: (1) defend the truth and my character, and (2) reveal the underhanded, false-flag tactics that the Left used to warp the integrity of that election.

We did it because the American people deserve a fair election process and I will not stop until all of their wrongdoing is exposed.

Several of my lawsuits to this end were placed on hold four years ago, pending the January decision in the Corfman case. Now, with the first case over, these critical lawsuits are gaining speed and we expect decisive action.

In these cases, I am suing conspirators against my character in Etowah County and the Senate Majority PAC and Waterfront Strategies in Washington D.C. for spreading lies and manipulating the election to catapult a liberal democrat into the U.S. Senate. One of these cases will be moved to an active docket; one is set for trial in August.

Bottom-line: we won, but there are mountains left to climb.

Now, more than ever, we need your support. A recent deposition of just one political operative in D.C. cost nearly $5,000 and we have had many and have many more to depose. A donation of any amount is greatly needed and appreciated to sustain our efforts. We must show them that their politically-motivated and shockingly corrupt trial in the Corfman case did not stop the necessity of exposing their lies.

We’re almost there and for the sake of our children and the free America we once knew, we must press on. Thank you for your support. Every penny counts–especially now.
