Dear John,

This Thanksgiving we are thankful for union workers who risk it all on the picket line to take a stand for their communities and families. Today we're bringing you two solidarity actions to show your appreciation for their courage.

Join UNITE HERE Local 23 to tell American Airlines: One Job Should Be Enough!

Airline catering workers who provide food and beverages served aboard American flights continue to face poverty wages and unaffordable health insurance while American pulls in billions in profits. This year, they are planning protests at airports across the country during the week of Thanksgiving. Workers hope that by bringing their message to the many passengers travelling before Thanksgiving, they will motivate American to resolve the labor dispute.

WHAT: Informational picket line calling on American Airlines to respect their workers
WHERE: Reagan National Airport, Terminal C North Terrace
WHEN: TOMORROW Tuesday, November 26th at 5:00 PM

Support Striking ATU Bus Drivers

We're 33 days into the ongoing strike of 120 Transdev bus driver in Northern Virginia. Last week ATU members packed the room for a WMATA board hearing which ended with DC JWJ, Sunrise DC and Metro DC DSA shutting down the meeting with a direct action. WMATA and Transdev are starting to feel the pressure but we have to keep it up!

In solidarity,
