It's true that midterm elections are often tough for the party in power.

And it's not hard to see why: People get frustrated with the slow pace of change.

They get disillusioned with the bickering coming out of Washington.

They start to think that if they put the other party in charge, things will be different.

But we've seen enough to know what will happen if Republicans take back the House: They will make it harder for people to vote. They will keep undermining Roe v. Wade and the right to bodily autonomy. They will delay climate action. They will take money from special interests like the NRA and pass unpopular policies that make us less safe.

Luckily, we have a few months to run a winning campaign to keep Dean fighting for us in Congress. But it's going to take all of us investing in it right now.
