The secret is out! Today, we are thrilled to share our long awaited 2020 Million Muslim Vote Impact Report -- AND announce the launching of Million Muslim Votes 2.0 for the 2022 midterms!

In 2020, Emgage and our partners set to turn out Muslim voters in a big way - and we did. We are excited to share a detailed breakdown (the first of its kind) of what Muslim voter turnout turnout looked like in a major election year.

 

The Impact Report takes an in-depth look at three core elements:

1. The growth of the Muslim American electorate in the 12 states in which we organized
2. Muslim American voter turnout for 2016 and 2020, with a special focus on Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Virginia, and Illinois
3. The pivotal organizing shifts necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic

We have learned so much from 2020 and are honored to continue the journey this year! Million Muslim Votes 2.0 continues to build on the driving hypothesis that investing in states with significant Muslim American populations would elevate the issues that Muslim Americans care about. Moreover, investing in better voter data and training to increase voter propensity cements a culture of voter participation and Muslim-led organizing.

 

Midterm elections are just as critical, if not more, than general election years. We are ready to organize and mobilize this year - and we need YOU to be a part of the team. Will you be one in a million?
