I just finished looking over the quarterly fundraising reports for my RINO
opponents, and unfortunately, one of myunqualified opponents outraised me 2 to
1.

This is problematic.

If we want to be competitive and if we want to win, we need to raise
considerably more in April. So we've set a new goal, and we need your help to
reach it.
