Earlier this week, we fought and secured ([link removed]) a Temporary Restraining Order to keep Title 42 in place. The Biden administration, knowing that rolling back this rule early would cause another massive surge at the border, didn’t care and tried to gut the rule well before the May 23rd deadline.
I’m a fighter. That’s why I lead a coalition of states to stop Biden from reversing this critical tool for our border patrol during the worst border crisis in U.S. history. No one is above the law, not even the President of the United States. I will continue to hold this administration accountable as Attorney General, and as your next U.S. Senator for Arizona.
