Folks, this JUST happened at a GOP forum. One of Steve’s Republican opponents denigrated a public health insurance option signed into law last year that will provide 350,000 additional Nevadans with health coverage.

In our opponent’s words, the public option is “bulls**t.”

Let’s be clear about this: the public option is a critical reform to make high-quality health care more affordable and accessible for more Nevada families.

After the two years all of us have just lived through, it is absolutely chilling to hear our GOP opponents yet again commit themselves to taking away people’s health care. It’s the misguided Affordable Care Act repeal all over again — and we can’t let it succeed.

Steve is in a neck-and-neck battle to keep this toss-up state blue and defend all the progress we’ve made expanding health care to Nevada families — but the truth is, he can’t win this race without grassroots supporters like you. Will you pitch in today and help Steve fight for Nevadans’ health care?

It’s taken years for Steve Sisolak and other leading Democrats to make the progress we’ve achieved to help Nevada families get access to health care they can afford.

There’s still more work to do — and the last thing we want to see is all our progress unravel on Election Night this year.
