We wanted to make sure you saw the news that we’re officially up on the air with Will’s first TV ad!
This is an exciting and huge moment for the campaign. For many voters, this will be the first time they will hear about Will, his story, and his vision for Riverside and beyond.
However, our district falls in one of the most expensive media markets in the country to run ads in. To keep this ad on the airwaves for another week, we need to raise an additional $35,467 to send to local TV stations before close of business on Friday. Keeping this ad on the air is the most effective way to introduce California’s 41st District voters to Will. Despite support from Democrats up and down the ballot, even from a former opponent, we’re fighting an uphill battle against Ken Calvert’s name recognition after his nearly 30-year career.
This is where you come in, friend – we need a wave of grassroots donations to help us keep this ad live and put Will’s name at the top of everyone’s minds when ballots start hitting mailboxes in less than two weeks.
