The Gender-Based Violence Training Coordinator is responsible for strategic coordination in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Coalition’s efforts to end gender-based violence through training and education. Coordinates a variety of grant-funded projects focused on building the capacity of providers and advocates directly addressing domestic violence, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and batterer intervention. Guides project efforts in providing community-based training and education, prevention, early intervention efforts, and building broader community awareness about violence against Native women and children.

The Sexual Violence Project Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination of the Coalition’s overall sexual violence project initiatives (training, education, advocacy, and prevention). Plans, implements, and evaluates the Coalition’s sexual violence projects in collaboration with tribal sexual assault programs and agencies across our service area. Coordinate project efforts for community-based education to service providers who work with Native survivors of sexual violence. Identifies the Coalition’s project priorities to build broader community awareness about sexual violence. Works closely with Coalition stakeholders and partners to identify issues, priorities, and develop strategies and community- based responses to sexual violence.

The Office Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the Coalition’s strategic operational and administrative performance. Coordinates and oversees the Coalition’s office functions for adequate cost control, smooth financial processes, and billing. Coordinates a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Provides strategic administrative solutions and processes that support the mission, goals, and objectives of the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women (CSVANW). This is an exempt, hourly paid position.

The Policy and Advocacy Director provides co-leadership and oversight of developing policy strategies and works collaboratively with the Membership and Communications Director, Training and Education Director, Executive Director, staff, and consultants. Leads the development, execution, and evaluation of CSVANW’s policy work, both analysis and advocacy, and work closely with member organizations in numerous strategic collaborations to educate policy makers on legislative and budget recommendations to positively impact Indigenous survivors and the direct service organizations serving them.
