Have you heard? Our campaign has built so much momentum that our opponents have filed a frivolous lawsuit against us in a desperate attempt to slow us down. It's shameful. They're making the same baseless claims of “election fraud” that we’ve heard from Donald Trump in recent years —the sort of thing that subverts our Democracy and voters' faith in it.

The good news is that we've received support from so many folks, including grassroots organizations and party leaders, who are standing up and fighting back with us.

The bad news is that this frivolous lawsuit is running us a bill, taking resources away from our campaign's ability to communicate directly with voters. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what our opponents want.
