This has been an eventful year, and CLC continues to defend and strengthen our democracy throughout 2019.

• We filed an FEC complaint in 2018 uncovering the laundering of a six-figure contribution to Trump’s super PAC by two foreign-born donors. Those donors were arrested this fall.
• We joined the legal fight to defend Michigan's nonpartisan redistricting body.
• We challenged a law in Tennessee that sought to undermine voter registration, and it was blocked by a federal court.
