Hey, I know you're probably busy today, but I was hoping to get a quick moment of your time before the day gets away from us to chat.

I’ll be frank — I am going to ask you to make a contribution to help me flip this Senate seat in Wisconsin by defeating Ron Johnson. Will you let me explain why?

Politico is calling Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate race a "coin flip." CNN says we’re one of the top three Senate seats most likely to flip. And The Cook Political Report upgraded our race to a Toss-Up.

Wisconsin will be the tipping point in this election, and the GOP’s path back to power is by keeping Ron Johnson in the U.S. Senate. That's why they've made our race a "top priority."

It’s also why Mitch McConnell's super PAC recently reserved $15 million on TV in Wisconsin to prop up Ron Johnson. The news came after we learned that he outraised every other candidate in the race last quarter and went up on the air with two brand new ads.

Look, I won't sugarcoat it: We have a tough fight ahead of us to flip this seat. Republicans have more than $200 million to take back the Senate, which means our campaign urgently needs lots and lots of grassroots supporters to step up and help us respond to their outside spending.

That’s why I’m sincerely asking today:

Will you please make your first contribution to my campaign for U.S. Senate before our end-of-month fundraising deadline? I'm counting on your generosity and support to ensure Ron Johnson and the Republicans don’t drown us out in this toss-up race.
