Friend,

Our pre-existing fertilizer shortage has gotten worse. Thanks to Vladimir Putin’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, fertilizer is even more difficult to come by, as both Ukraine and Russia are top fertilizer producers for the world.

When fertilizer prices rise, two things happen: farmers suffer, and consumers pay more. We have to bring down the price of fertilizer.

The cost of fertilizer was already so high thanks to the supply chain crisis, which the Biden Administration and Democrats in Congress made worse by passing legislation that paid people to stay home.

Now, with inflation at record-breaking highs, there’s almost no way for the agricultural industry to keep up with the demand Democrats created by pumping billions of dollars into the economy. That, in turn, drives demand for fertilizer, creating a vicious cycle of price inflation.

We can’t just “stop” the war in Ukraine, but we can help end inflation. If Democrats stop the out of control spending and fix our supply chain, we could see improvement in prices.

But as long as Democrats control Washington, they likely won’t stand up and say “enough”. That’s why we need to take back the House in November. Will you donate today to help us win big in the midterms and put our country back on track? ([link removed])
