These midterms are shaping up to be among the most significant elections in our nation's history. Our democracy is on the line, and conventional wisdom says that the Democratic majority in the House is in trouble.
That's why this race is so important. Across the country, there are only a handful of races with a chance to solidify our Democratic majority by flipping a seat from red to blue — and one of them is NY-01. That's why it's so important we have the resources to run a strong campaign and win.
The issues we care about most, like protecting voting rights and combating climate change, are on the line this midterm. And this is the best chance we've had in years to finally take back this seat from the far-right.
Enough is enough. It's time to go on the offensive and flip this seat. I've won tough fights before, and even held my current seat – in a swing part of this district – during the recent "Red Wave" election. I can get this done — if you'll stand with me.
