We turned Virginia blue on November 5th because we all came together and did our part.

But Republicans aren’t giving up on our Commonwealth -- they’re already focused on winning U.S. House races. So the fight to keep Virginia blue in 2020 starts today.

The GOP is zeroing in on seats we flipped last year:

  • Elaine Luria in District 2
  • Abigail Spanberger in District 7
  • Jennifer Wexton in District 10

Make no mistake about it, these seats are vulnerable. Donald Trump won two of these districts in 2016. To keep them blue -- and to maintain a Democratic majority in the U.S. House -- we need to start working right now to defend them.

Trump’s “Victory Initiative” is already in full force in our Commonwealth. And after their embarrassing defeat this month, Republicans will be putting extra effort into making sure it doesn’t happen again in 2020.
