I am delighted to receive Equality NC PAC's and LGBTQ+DEMSNC's endorsements! I am proud of my Excellent Rating / Primary Election Scorecard.

Expansion of the Non-Discrimination Ordinance (NDO) was my very first City Council vote after my daughter Charlotte was born. Basic protection, fairness and dignity should never be a partisan issue.

North Carolina has a long way to go to full lived equality for LGBTQ+ people but when we stand together and welcome ev
eryone, it becomes more attainable.

I very much want to continue the work I have started as your At-Large City Councilwoman. I humbly ask for your vote in the upcoming primary election.
