Children’s Health Defense is mounting the most extensive legal defense in our history – with more than 50 lawsuits in play – against the dangerous, unprecedented assault on our children’s health.

These lawsuits play a key role in exposing corruption and fighting mandates, laying the foundation for freedom and paving the way for policies that preserve our right to choose — for ourselves and for our children — how we manage our health.

Here are just a few examples of legal cases — made possible by your generous support — that are creating barriers between medical tyranny and children:

• Child “consent” to vaccination law: CHD recently won a precedent-setting case in the District of Columbia, where a federal judge granted a preliminary injunction barring enforcement of a law allowing children as young as 11 to “consent” to any federally recommended vaccine — without parental knowledge or consent. In its groundbreaking ruling, the court agreed with CHD that the law violated federal statutes and the First Amendment.
• Wireless harms: In another groundbreaking ruling, CHD won a case against the Federal Communications Commission for its failure to update insufficient health guidelines for wireless technology. This is a key legal victory in the fight to protect children from injuries caused by electromagnetic frequency.
• Forced COVID testing in schools: New York City forced children as young as 5 into remote learning during the 2020-2021 school year unless their parents consented to random PCR nasal testing. CHD lost the case, however the city reversed its policy on its forced testing. CHD is appealing before the Second Circuit with aims to prevent forced testing on children nationwide.
