Friend -

We are excited about the great work Jennifer Esteen will do for California as an Assemblymember for District 20. But before she can get where we need her voice and power to be heard and seen, we need to help her advance in the primary on June 7th.

You know the deal: grassroots candidates, like Jennifer, who refuse to take corporate contributions, need small dollar donations from people who GET IT.

You are on our list of people who GET IT. Donate today to help Jennifer Esteen keep her fight going. [[link removed]]

Jennifer’s experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse and a Public Health Nurse taught her that a deep investment in public health and mental health can solve it all. Lack of funding for adequate public health and mental health have deep and lasting impacts on our communities. It won’t change until we elect people who prioritize these needs.

Jennifer will be the **very** first openly Queer Black person elected EVER to the California State Legislature. That’s a big deal. California, with all its progress and diversity, HAS NEVER SEEN a Queer Black person hold a position of power in Sacramento. Let that sink in.

Donate to send Jennifer Esteen to Sacramento so she can represent the progressive values we believe in. [[link removed]]

Your donation lets establishment candidates know that you are tired of corporate interests blocking key reforms like affordable housing, climate change policy, and universal healthcare.

Let’s help make amazing trouble with good trouble!
