I want to start by thanking you for everything you’ve done to help us defend
free speech by supporting our lawsuit against Twitter and Sen. Alex Padilla.

 

As you know, the Federal District Court ruled against our client, Rogan
O’Handley, and his First Amendment right to Free Speech…

 

And we’re not giving up the fight.

 

The Constitution guarantees the right of EVERY American—not just those echoing
the Left’s woke propaganda—to speak freely. 

 

You remember, it was the California Office of Election Cybersecurity,
government bureaucrats, who colluded with Twitter to censor and ultimately ban
Rogan from Twitter.

 

That’s why today, we filed an appeal with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
to overturn the lower court’s ruling.

 

And we couldn’t have done that without you and the thousands of other patriots
who stepped up to help us fund this critical lawsuit over the past few months.

 

And I’ll tell you this – if the Ninth Circuit rules against us, we’re
preparing to take the fight to the Supreme Court of United States, where we won
three massive victories last year.

 

John, please continue to look out for more updates this critical lawsuit and
what we’re doing to protect your freedom of speech.

 

Because we truly cannot function without the help of loyal patriots like you.
