This cost-cutting tactic comes at the expense of our patients, and we won’t stay silent about it.

National Nurses United

Instead of taking care of nurses, other health care workers, and our patients, the hospital industry is currently spending millions of dollars to push our patients out of the hospital — all so they can drive up profits even higher.

Rather than admit patients, our hospitals intend to send them back home under remote supervision in a so-called "Hospital at Home" — or, as we call it, “Home All Alone” — patient-dumping scheme.

This cost-cutting tactic comes at the expense of our patients, and we won’t stay silent about it. Will you take a moment to watch and share our new video, to bring awareness to these dangerous schemes?Watch now »

Patients shouldn’t be paying higher premiums for less nursing care – but that’s exactly what happens under this manipulative venture! To slow the spread of this cost-cutting measure, we need to build awareness and expose the hospital industry. That starts with watching and sharing our new video, ‘Home All Alone.’

In solidarity,

Zenei Triunfo-Cortez, RN
President, National Nurses United

P.S. Thank you for helping us raise awareness about these risky schemes and build the power we’ll need to end them for good. You can take your support one step further, by signing on to our petition calling on the hospital industry to end their “Home All Alone” practices.
