bill include an amendment to keep the Trump-era Title 42 expulsion order in
place indefinitely — a heinous border policy that has expelled tens of thousands
of people to danger.

We have been working around the clock to urge Congress to defeat amendments that
would delay or prevent the Biden administration from rightfully ending Title 42
expulsions. However, , there is still much work to be done
