Politico: Jan. 6 panel wonders: Is Trump criminal referral necessary?

[link removed]

Friend, the Jan. 6 committee has been hard at work for more than a year, and they have a MOUNTAIN of evidence against Donald Trump.

A federal judge even ruled that it was "more likely than not" that Trump's actions to overturn President Biden's victory in the 2020 election constituted criminal behavior.

With everything the panel has uncovered so far – gaps in phone records, destroyed evidence – it's crystal clear Trump played a huge part in the deadly coup on our nation's Capitol that tragic day. Yet, some panel members are unsure if they need to make a criminal referral against him.

We think there is NO question that Trump committed criminal acts, but we need to know if YOU agree, friend. Our LIVE POLL is missing 130 responses, so we need to know ASAP:

DO YOU THINK A CRIMINAL REFERRAL AGAINST TRUMP TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT IS NECESSARY?
