Earlier this month, the Biden administration announced it would extend the
payment pause on federal student loans until August 31,
John.
President Biden still has the power to forgive all student loan debt, but
only if we keep up the pressure!

Our current education system leaves behind women, people of color,
immigrants, and working class folks. Ending the student debt crisis is a
feminist issue.
According to the American Association of University Women (AAUW), women
hold almost 2/3 of the country’s $1.54-trillion student debt – that’s $929
billion. This rate is highest for Black women.

Education should be an opportunity available for everyone – regardless of
income – and together we can make that a reality. [ [link removed] ]Your story is
powerful, John:
will you share with us how student debt forgiveness would transform your
life?
Together, we can fix this fundamentally broken system and make education
accessible for all.
Together,
Women’s March
