Tonight, for the first time, Dr. Oz and David McCormick will go head-to-head on the debate stage.

We’re not fortune tellers, but we have a pretty good idea of what you probably *won’t* hear at tonight’s GOP debate.

→ If campaign finance reform, taxing the rich, or any other topic connected to special interests comes up, we’re sure both candidates will stay pretty quiet. Especially since both candidates are backed by corporate special interests + super PACs.

→ You’re probably not going to hear clear and unwavering support of the LGBTQ+ community. In the past, Dr. Oz has even promoted harmful (and sometimes deadly) conversion therapy for queer youth.

→ You’re almost certainly not going to hear Oz or McCormick defend a person’s right to access an abortion, and you’re definitely not going to hear them support codifying Roe v. Wade to make it the law of the land.

→ It’s unlikely that they’ll bring up the ridiculously low minimum wage, let alone argue for increasing it to at least $15/hour. These guys are both millionaires — we’re not even sure if they know what the minimum wage is currently. 🙄

→ And when it comes to preventing gun violence, reversing climate change, or supporting the union way of life? Well, let’s just say we don’t think we’re going to see eye to eye.
