Hello ,
We need to collect 45,000 VALID signatures by the end of May 2022 to get on the ballot, and every signature helps. The state requires a witness for every petition, who is different than the person who signs it, so you need two people to make this work. Neither of you needs to be a registered Libertarian. You BOTH just need to be registered voters. Here's what to do:

- Download and print TWO COPIES of this form. Let’s call them FORM 1 and FORM 2
- Get a friend, spouse, significant other, or neighbor who is a REGISTERED VOTER to partner with you on this. They DO NOT need to be a Libertarian and they DO NOT need to vote for Larry Sharpe. This is just to get him on the ballot so people have more choices on election day. Please check here to confirm that you are BOTH registered to vote.
- Make sure you both WRITE LEGIBLY
- Sign and date the bottom of FORM 1 as the WITNESS, and include all other required information.
- Have your petitioning partner sign and date the first row of the top portion of FORM 1, make sure the dates match, and include their address information. If you can get 1 or 2 more Registered Voters in New York to sign too, even better!
- Have your petitioning partner sign and date the bottom of FORM 2 as the WITNESS, and include all other required information.
- Now you sign and date the first row of the top portion of FORM 2, make sure the dates match, and include your address information.
- Put BOTH PETITIONS in a single envelope and put a 58 cent stamp on it. Mail everything to:

We know how things fall through the cracks so PLEASE DO THIS TODAY. If you delay, you might forget like so many of us do. These have to be received and counted before the end of May 2022. Let's give people a real CHOICE in the upcoming election in New York State.
