In April 2022, we witnessed a brutal, coordinated attack on reproductive rights. Kentucky, Florida, and Oklahoma all passed anti-choice laws in a span of a mere few weeks.
Here is a breakdown of how this month the GOP executed their latest assault on a person’s right to safe and legal abortion:

Folks, with Roe V. Wade expected to be severely weakened, if not overturned, by a conservative Supreme Court this year, Republicans are passing as many restrictive laws as possible to have in place once the court makes its decision.
Make no mistake, reproductive rights are being targeted in a coordinated nationwide attack led by Republican-led states. If the Supreme Court overturns Roe V. Wade, as is expected, millions of people across the United States will lose access to safe and legal abortion in their home state.
Future Forum has long advocated for codifying Roe v. Wade . Last year, House Democrats proudly passed the Women’s Health Protection Act, creating ways to protect access to abortion.
