One of Andy's top priorities has always been expanding economic opportunity for all Kentucky families and creating good-paying jobs across the Commonwealth – and that's exactly what he's done since coming to office. Under Andy's leadership, Kentucky's economy is on fire.

Last year our Commonwealth saw its best economic year on record. Companies invested $11.8 billion in Kentucky, creating more than 18,100 full-time jobs in 2021 alone. And the investments haven't slowed down in 2022.

Bardstown Bourbon, G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, and FEAM Aero all announced multi-million dollar investments in our Commonwealth last month which will bring nearly 200 new jobs. And earlier this month, Andy announced Envision AESC is investing $2 billion to build a new electric vehicle battery manufacturing factory, bringing 2,000 new jobs, and making Kentucky a national leader in this industry. They're just the latest companies to continue to bet on Kentucky and our workforce.
