John: Your Response Is Requested

Do you believe Roe v. Wade should be the law of the land?

YES NO

John, at any moment, the Supreme Court may decide to gut Roe v. Wade or overturn it entirely. Radical right-wingers are closer than they ever have been to achieving their goal of defeating the constitutional right to abortion.

It would be the most consequential ruling on reproductive rights in a generation — and will affect every corner of this country.

If and when Roe is overturned, 26 states are certain or likely to ban abortion, forcing patients seeking abortion care to travel elsewhere to access it.

Here in North Carolina, if Republicans gain supermajorities in Raleigh, they could institute an abortion ban for our state as well. Roy has already used his veto power to protect access to reproductive care, but in the face of veto-proof majorities, he wouldn’t be able to block a ban.

With that in mind, we want to hear from you right now: Do you believe Roe v. Wade should remain the law of the land?

YES NO
