Recently, we’ve seen growing momentum for our labor movement.
Workers at Starbucks locations across the country -- including in Ohio -- voted to form a union or are planning to hold a vote. Earlier this month, a Staten Island Amazon warehouse voted to unionize, a first for one of the most powerful corporations in the world. A year ago, a thousand miners went on strike, walking out of Warrior Met Coal Mine in Alabama -- one of the longest strikes in recent history. And places like John Deere and Kellogg’s have had success recently forming unions, too.
Public support for unions is the highest it’s been in almost 50 years. Today, I want to hear your opinion.

Unions are a ticket to a middle-class life. They empower workers to fight for better wages, conditions, and benefits. That’s why I’m fighting for the PRO Act and government protections for workers who stand up to corporate abuse.
That’s how we can build an economy that works for everyone -- not just corporations and those at the top.
With gratitude,
