This bill will allow us to not only decriminalize marijuana nationwide, but also expunge the records of those who were incarcerated due to the War on Drugs and reinvest funds into the communities that were hurt by those devastating policies. This is our chance to get our country moving in the right direction. But it will only happen if we stand together and make it clear that the time has come for decriminalization.
