[link removed] [[link removed]]Team, should someone else, perhaps a friend, roommate, or relative, be allowed to return your absentee ballot?
That is one of the questions Wisconsin Supreme Court justices are currently debating as they finalize election rules for the upcoming November midterm election in their all-important battleground state.
Friend, Americans' ability to vote should be expanded . In 2022, it should be easier to cast your ballot, not more difficult.
Drop boxes are an essential part of expanding Americans’ access to the ballot box. For those who cannot leave their home because of a disability, or for those who want to minimize their exposure to COVID by not having to go to a crowded polling place, allowing others to drop off their ballots has allowed them to exercise their constitutional right to vote.
In fact, in California, this is a common legal practice and there is no evidence of widespread fraud as Republicans would have you believe. So friend, what do you think? Should your roommate, relative, or your best friend be allowed to return your absentee ballot for you? [[link removed]]
