When patient care is threatened, the Coalition to Protect America’s Health Care is there. 

The pandemic created a renewed focus and attention on the importance of accessible, quality health care, and it required us to step up in new ways to advocate for critical support and funding for hospitals and health systems. The last two years have been challenging – but we’ve made a tremendous impact along the way. However, we still need your help.

Thank you for being a part of the work to advocate for legislation that will have a profound impact on health care access. In 2021, we successfully defended Medicare twice and urged Congress to provide vital funding for hospitals and health systems amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Will you continue to join this Coalition in the fight for patient care? Congress needs to reverse RECENT cuts that happened earlier this month and act to prevent additional threats to care later this year.

Every person who took part – whether you posted on social media, wrote a letter, signed a pledge – can feel pride that they helped protect hospitals and health care workers, and fought for patient care when it was most crucial. 

The true scale of our collective impact is impossible to quantify in full. But know this: as a Coalition member, you have helped educate lawmakers about which decisions are best for your fellow Americans. Their policy decisions will have a lasting effect. We hope you can speak up again.
