In just a few hours, volunteers, activists, and leaders in the Medicare for All movement are gathering for Medicare for All Fest — and there’s still time to RSVP before we kick off at 12pm PT/3pm ET today, April 23.
Senator Bernie Sanders is preparing to reintroduce Medicare for All in the Senate soon — and today’s virtual gathering is your chance to get plugged into our organizing strategy, receive hands-on training, and hear from our powerful guest speakers.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be joined by Representative Debbie Dingell, a co-author of the Medicare for All Act of 2021 and a fearless advocate for health care justice. In just a few hours, she’ll be joining us to share her unique perspective on this political moment and the urgency of Medicare for All amidst the pandemic.
We’ll also be joined by our very own Zenei Triunfo-Cortez, RN and President of the California Nurses Association and National Nurses United. She’ll share her perspective as a nurse and a union leader on why nurses are committed to this fight for the long haul.
